During our stay in Marrakech, Morocco, we had the opportunity to stay at the beautiful La Mamounia. Located in the center of the city, and just steps from the bustle of the Medina, this historic and legendary palace is an oasis to relax and reset. Stepping into the lobby is a delight for the senses with historic architecture around every corner and fragrances of jasmine, orange blossom and cedar in the air. We were welcomed with almond milk and dates, from there we set off to explore the maze of lush gardens on the resort grounds.
